1. Click the circle with your initial > Billing
  2. Next to Current Plan, select Manage Subscriptions
  3. Click Cancel subscription > Cancel subscription
  4. Complete the survey > Submit

❗Important Note: You will have access until the end of your billing period.

‼️Make sure you take a copy of your CPD reports, as this is a paid feature.


Undo a subscription cancellation

If you have accidently cancelled your subscription, you have until the end of your Billing period to undo the cancellation. To do this:

  1. Click Don’t cancel subscription
  2. Click Renew subscription
