Users who have an account prior to 03 November 2024 would have received an action required email, asking users to reset password to regain access to our new platform.

How to reset password from our email

To gain access to the new platform, simply locate our email with the subject ‘Action Required: Reset Your Password to Access Our New Platform’ and proceed with the password reset instructions.

Password requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• Must contain
  • Upper Case
  • Lower Case
  • Special Character
